February Geocaching, Cleaning Up the Neighborhood

The rain blew through and the sun came out, which was just in line for this weird weather we’ve been having. CLCombat, Aquacache & I met up at Hardees and after a small snack we hit the road in the AquaJeep and then the trails and some more road.

Ended the day with a Colasessano’s Pepperoni Roll…excellent ending to a full day of caching.

Bear Run Geocache: Fail

A mild February day…why not go geocaching? Mustering at the intersection of Rt. 50 & 92 Aquacache, Gentleman-Carpenter, loyal sidekick little wooden boy and myself headed out to tackle wvcoalcat’s “Wanna Go to the Can on Bear Run?” Trees thwarted our every attempt.

Oh well. It was a good excuse to get out of the house and grab a few other caches (and in the case of lwb a foot long hot dog at Cool Springs)
