Week 12 – A Buncha Crap

The title pretty much says it all. These are random photos of mostly stuff that normal people (and yours truly) could care less about. Well at least I’m honest, right?

March 19, 2012

There’s a very interesting cemetery near our house. There are so many interesting stones there.

March 20, 2012

I did my best to make it to 123 before Ancient Shores came on stage. Unfortunately due to a colicing horse I was…as always…late. Still going to 123 is always fun. And I love to check out the wall graffiti.

March 21, 2012

You may think we live near a lot of cemeteries. Well, we do. And they make great places to take a walk.

March 22, 2012

Well, I did take a single photo today. But since it involved mail, it wasn’t really interesting.

March 23, 2012

I found this note in my lunch bag. I can not even begin to tell you how hard I laughed. Then I started looking for Gary Oldman. Sadly I was unable to locate him.

March 24, 2012

We were out caching. Chad found a light sabre. I found the cache. Score and Double Score.

March 25, 2012

Don’t be confused. We did not walk to this cache. In fact we drove a fair piece to get to this cemetery. Chad pointed out that this cemetery was full of English names. Unlike the ones near us, which tend to be a little less…well, English.

Week 11 – Stuff I See

In my quest to once again have no theme, I went with stuff I see. So that’s not really a theme.  It’s a random mismash of stuff I saw. Theme or no theme? I think I just confused myself.

March 12, 2012

When I’m out for a walk I spend a little bit of time looking down. Tripping & falling is not high on my list of things to do. At any rate today I looked up and thought, wow what a nice contrast. I’m quick like that.

March 13, 2012

I was out at the barn this evening. It’s been nice and warm and the sky was beautiful.

March 14, 2012

There is a chance that once again we found ourselves at Sharp Edge.

March 15, 2012

More flowers. They are like eager puppies these flowers. Oh HAI!

March 16, 2012

That is some lovely moss that Chad has cultivated. Lovely I say.

March 17, 2012

I have no idea where I was when I took this photo. What I do know is that West Virginia is beautiful.

March 18, 2012

Ping enjoys sitting out by the fire, provided he isn’t too close of course.

Week 10 – No focus

I gave up on any hint of a theme this week. In fact I was probably lucky to manage to remember to take a photo each day. My focus, it is getting fuzzy.

March 5, 2012

So, it snowed. And as you can see, our flowers are very silly. And rather happy despite the snow. I have no idea what type of flowers they are, but they are quite hearty.

March 6, 2012

Yesterday there was snow on the ground. Today the crocus are springing forth. This is one crazy Spring.

March 7, 2012

And now we have….flowers.

March 8, 2012

Freyr. He’s very soft.

March 9, 2012

Kitty in a box. Or more accurately, Kimi in a box. She’s so smug it’s nauseating.

March  10, 2012

Chad and I often take a walk up to a local cemetery. It’s beautiful there.

March 11, 2012

It was a lovely day to be hiking out at Old Hemlock.

Week 9 – Plugging Along

I was originally planning on doing all geocaching related photos this week. I’m not sure why, it seemed as if it were a good idea at the time. But then I got a little distracted and had no caching related thing to photo….beer will do that I guess.

February 27, 2012

Off to a good start with a photo of my Garmin and a travel bug I’ll be dragging around until GeoWoodstock X

February 28, 2012

I’ve been lugging this TB around for a while. And I’m trying out a new geocaching app. If only someone who knew how to use it could help me.

February 29, 2012

Leap Day – the most important day to get a cache in like…well four years. So yes, I did go out into a driving rainstorm.

March 1, 2012

We may or may not have been at Sharp Edge. Just like my camera may or may not have had a focus issue.

March 2, 2012

So Chad was preparing to put out a new cache or two.

March 3, 2012

It’s March 3 and yet these flowers have been out since early February. VERY early February.
